The present Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you (the Customer) and NT2 - Nuove Tecnologie S.r.l. (EU VAT id: IT12604410154) (“NT2”). If you are agreeing to this Agreement not as an individual but on behalf of your company, then “Customer” or “you” means your Company, and you are binding your Company to this Agreement. NT2 may modify this Agreement from time to time. By clicking on the “I agree” (or similar button) that is presented to you at the time of your Order, or by using or accessing NT2 products, you indicate your assent to be bound by this Agreement. Coverage The following terms and conditions apply to the business relations between NT2 and the Customer in the version at the time the order was placed. Deviating regulations are not recognized by NT2 unless they have written confirmation by NT2. License model QuotaZilla is licensed on an annual subscription model and includes technical support that is valid for 1 year (12 months) from the purchase date. At the end of the subscription, the software will stop working, the Customer will not be entitled anymore to receive support or upgrades.
